It makes a great party appetizers too. Toss in some veggies with a sauce and your crispy spicy dish is a big hit among your family members.<br />Serve Indo Chinese Crispy Chicken with Hakka Noodles or Chicken Fried Rice for a weekend dinner with your friends and family.<br /><br />Ingredients for Marinade:<br />(Serve 4)<br />- 250 gms Chicken boneless<br />- 1 tsp Vinegar<br />- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- Salt<br />- Egg White<br />- 1/4 cup Corn Flour<br />- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour<br />- 2 tbsp Water<br /><br />Ingredients for Sauce:<br />- 1/4 cup Schezwan Sauce<br />- 1/4 cup Tomato Sauce<br />- 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce<br />- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce<br />- 1/2 tsp Vinegar<br />- Oil For Frying Boneless Chicken<br />- 1 tbsp Oil<br />- 2 tbsp Garlic Cloves(chopped)<br />- 2 Green Chillies(chopped)<br />- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder<br />- 4 Spring Onion Leaves<br />- 1 Capsicum(diced)<br />- Salt<br />- 1/2 tsp Sugar<br />- 2 tbsp Corn Flour <br />- 1/4 cup Water<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take boneless chicken pieces in a large bowl, and add in vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, egg white, cornflour, and all-purpose flour <br />2. Mix all of it and coat chicken pieces with the mixture<br />3. Now, add water to the bowl and mix it again<br />4. Keep this chicken aside for 1 hour to marinate<br />5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the hot oil one by one and take it out once they turn golden brown <br />6. Now, in a small bowl, take schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and mix it all together<br />7. Add vinegar to the sauce; mix it, and keep it aside<br />8. Now, heat a pan and add oil to it<br />9. Once the oil is heated, add chopped garlic cloves and saute it <br />10. Now, add chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, spring onion leaves, capsicum, salt and add the sauce which was prepared and kept aside<br />11. Stir this mixture, and add sugar to it<br />12. Now, take cornflour and add water to it and mix it <br />13. Add this to the sauce and mix it <br />14. Now, add the fried chicken to the sauce and coat the chicken completely with the sauce <br />15. Garnish it with some spring onion leaves and serve it hot
